Hello,

Your issue is entirely related to the keyboard focus not being on the  
waveform display. You'll need to find the "scroll area" and force your  
mouse there with VO-Comman-F5. Then, you'll click the mouse. If you're  
lucky, the keyboard focus will return to the waveform. Otherwise,  
close and reopen the file, the keyboard focus will be on the waveform  
by default.
