Hello; First press shift vo and down arrow to interact with the text. Then press vo with the return key. Then hold down vo while pressing right arrow to the end of the text you want to copy. Then press vo plus return again. Then use the command c and command v to cut and paste as usual. There might be a shortcut, but that's how i do it.
