Hi Simon,
You can install mobilespeak from the mac, but you'll need sighted
assistance.
First, turn on bluetooth from within your phone. Next, make sure
bluetooth is on in your mac. Hit VO keys plus M twice, and arrow to
where it says bluetooth menu. Turn it on from there if it's not already.
Next, simply send the file mobilespeak.sys to your phone. You can do
this by highlighting the file, and hitting control plus mouse click on
it. In the menu, you'll see a submenu entitled more. Arrow into that
menu, and you'll see a choice called send via bluetooth. Click this
choice, and then select your phone from the list of bluetooth devices.
Next, click yes on the prompt that appears on your phone.
When the transfer is done, mobilespeak should appear as a message.
Simply go to your inbox, and click on that message. The phone should
launch the installer straight away.
hth,
John.
P.S.
There is an accessible program for syncing content between your mac
and the nokia phone. It is called nokia multimedia transfer. The
latest version lets you sync things like your top 25 most played songs
in Itunes, as well as your mail.
