Hi, i can do this if Apple confirm it is legal, but after reading through the string files, I see that this will not fully localize VoiceOver for Leopard, just the VO Utility app. As we know, VoiceOver also have other parts, like the VO menu, the commands/help menu and VoiceOver specific feedback that are not part of the localized version of the OS from Apple.
