I had been trying to update my billing information with all of Apple and 
have failed even using safari and VoiceOver.  Even after I log in with my 
[email protected] original apple id and password and my name comes up 
correctly, the page nowhere shows an account button I can find and I 
haven't got the toolbar hidden.  No toolbar no click on account button and 
no sidebar.  As a result, mobileme charged the wrong credit card and that 
card will get canceled if many more people do that in short order.  I have 
another card with a much better interest rate it's best they use but at 
this rate Apple will never get that information.  If the warranty on apple 
care could have been extended for either more times than one year I'd feel 
bad about what's about to happen but since it can't, I'll wait until I 
have all the money in the savings account before buying my next apple and 
other expenses have been handled.
