No, this update is only for the MacBook -- not the MacBook Pro or the  
MacBook Air.

You also need to check your firmware version, serial number and pack  
lot code to see whether this applies to you.  I think that most  
MacBook users will use this update.  If your pack lot code is 003 (or  
something like that) instead of 002, I think the firmware update was  
already applied at the factory -- but that's just speculation.
