I think it's logical to assume that when Apple refreshes the ipod line in September, that they will have an ipod touch that is VoiceOver Capable. I assume they will refresh the line in September, because they've done this every september since 2003. Since newer apps will no doubt take advantage of the iphone's faster processor, we can assume that Apple will release a similarly equiped touch.
