Hi Erick.  Can I ask....what is it you find so difficult about ITunes?  I 
see from your email you're in IT of some sort.  I have to say that I love it 
and even though the IPod won't let you use any other software, I think it's 
the best out there.  Maybe it's just me but I've never been able to 
create/manipulate playlists up until now.  I love iTunes.  It's so easy to 
use.  If it's just a matter of getting used to it then I'd be glad to help 
if I can.  There are others who probably know their way around ITunes better 
than me but I do know what I'm doing.
