TK: Try gravity. Put the MBP standing up so that the drive opening is facing down then attempt the eject once again. Maybe even lean it slightly upside-downish so that it forces the CD to be more easily brought up/down to assist the mechanism in its release. You may even get it enough in this situation that you could grab it with your fingers. Beyond that, you're going to need physical intervention. HTH. Later...
