Lots of questions and i'm in a bit of a hurrey but i'll give it a shot:
Ik would like to make a new virtual machine with win xp pro.
I have started to do this but after making the basic configuration of
my virtual machine, I wanted to adjust hardiskspace, ram...
For this, I pressed "customize settings" in stead of finish.

After doeing this , i don't know how to start the windows install.
If you have configgured everything correctly, powering on the virtual
machine should start the installer. If you are using an iso to install
windows from, you will need to have pointed vmware to this iso in the
customise section, or if you are booting from a physical cd, simply
insert it into the drive and power your machine on. You will be able
to tell to some extent what the machine is doing by listening to the
drive.
Also , is there someone that knows if it is possible to install the
windows with fat32 filesystem in stead of the ntfs by default?
On the partitions screen, once you've selected a partition, you get
the choice of formatting the partition using ntfs or fat32 - ntfs is
the default. Out of interest, why do you want fat32?
Can I do it myself or do I need sight assistance for this?
If your using a normal xp install then you'll more than lightly need
sited help but installs can be customised to be unattended - i've
moddled my xp disk based on the info at
http://unattended.msfn.org
