Hi, I know VO has a lot of odd unexplained focus issues, but could it be that you are really jumping to the newly loaded iTunes store html page then as you vo-up arrow, you move to the controls because you have your vo prefs set to move vo cursor to a newly loaded web page? The iTunes store rely on html within iTunes and I think that may be causing the vo cursor focus jump in this case.
