Might be worth you taking a read of the thread entitled iPhone accessibility James. There's been 19 messages in the last day or so all around these same questions. There's also been more than a few podcasts and demos and suchlike, might be worth having a quick poke in the list archives for those or subscribing to an actual iPhone access list to keep on top of new ones.
