Selecting text from a web page doesn't seem to work this way, however, if in an E-mail, pressing VO Enter turns on selecting, and pressing it again toggles it of. This works similar to the "block," function in older word processors like wp5.1. Remember you still have to copy in order to get the selected text to the clipboard.
