Since a large amount of traffic on this list involves various folks sharing good info through podcasts I though you might be interested in this article about volomedia getting a patent on podcasting. Of course most of the discussion I've seen has revolved around lots of prior art that should have nullified the patent, but none of that has been proven in court yet.
