Hi Erik.

I had the same issue.  I think you have to remove it manually. It's  
pretty hard. First you have to delete it from your applications  
folder, then search all your library folders including your user  
folder for Infovox stuff. You also have to remove the Infovox key from  
the keychain...
It's really not good that the uninstaller doesn't work since it's  
pretty hard to manually remove the application.
