To drag and drop, first put the vo cursor on the item you want to  
drag.  You will know if it is high-lited when you here the click  
sound.  That tells you that keyboard focus is tracking vo.
Route the mouse to vo with vo-cmd-f5.
Lock the mouse with vo-shft-cmd-space.
Move vo where you want to drop and rout the mouse to vo.
Press vo-shft-cmd-space to unlock the mouse.

I've found drag and drop with vo to be very problematic.  It seems  
that that routing the mouse to vo often doesn't place it in just the  
write place when dropping and the drop doesn't occur.  I usually can  
turn mouse keys on by pressing the option five times and moving the  
mouse a few positions.
