I like using Cog. This is a liteweight, snappy audio player that plays FLAC and 
OGG Vorbis, among many others. It's totally accessible with VoiceOver. You can 
get it from http://www.cogx.org

Well, i wont use itunes for flacs then, i guess i will have to go search for a

This was covered previously. You have to install some plugins and then cheap by 
tagging the flacs as being oggs to get iTunes to pull them in.
