This is also configurable if you don't like the default key stroke.  
Look under "Keyboard Navigation" Category in the Keyboard and mouse -  
Keyboard shortcut section of system preferences.

In more depth:
1. VO-m (menu)
2. enter (enter the apple menu)
3. arrow down to "system preferences"
4. Go to the view menu and select Keyboard and mouse.
5. select the keyboard shortcut tab
6.Interact with the table in this screen and find the keyboard  
navigation section.

Ester gave details on how to update a keyboard short cut recently. So  
I see no reason to go further.

Please note: that one can configure any item that shows up in a menu  
with a keyboard shortcut in Leopard. (it sounds like this is even more  
configurable out of the box with Snow Leopard.)
