Hi Hank, Since I installed Window-Eyes before installing JAWS and everything works, I don't know whether it wouldn't have worked if I hadn't installed Window-Eyes first. As for screen resolution, the Mac is set to 1024 by 768, and Windows is at 1024 by 588.. I tried increasing the Windows resolution, but it always goes back to that. It seems to work fine, though, at least in Word, Firefox and IE.
