VO-shift M. Then up arrow. You should find list. Or, you could just VO-shift m, 
then type li to get to list.

When I Press Vo-Shift up arrow, I just get dinged at.  What is supposed to be

I am having the same problem. I can press enter on downloads and it works but 
not on  documents.
