Dane, are you on Leopard or Snow Leopard? In leopard, you want to save your workflow as a finder plugin. This will put it where it needs to go, which is under workflows in your library folder. Snow Leopard on the other hand, no longer has finder plugins. Instead, you can save your workflows as services, which is quite cool. You'd then find your workflow under the services menu. HTH Darcy
