A stereo mic is an unusual piece of gear often used for recording large venue performance where ambient sound and stereo imaging are critical to faithful reproduction such as chorales and large pipe organ installations. Best thing would be to check in with an audio pro but here's a couple you might want to check into:

Of course these all terminate in XLR connectors and most require phantom power so you'll need a preamp to run these into your mac recorder.
