If you do a smart copy with superduper it only copies the changes.  
Saves LOTS LOTS of time. It keeps your clone up to date. And you can  
schedule it to run whenever you want. I checked I have it update 3  
times a week. I believe you have to pay for it for those features. But  
it's well worth the cost of the program.
