Hi Keith and others, Try going to the Blind Cool Tech feed:
http://www.blindcooltech.com/bct.xml The mp3 download for Mike's "New Features In VoiceOver" should be the first link on the page. Press Option-Return (some people refer to the Return key as "Enter", and to this command as Option-Enter) to download the podcast. Incidentally, whenever an mp3 file has started to play in streaming format, I find I can issue two commands in succession to force this to download: Command-L Option-Return The first command sends you to the URL address of the current web page and highlights it (and you can issue this command even if you choose to hide your Safari address bar by default for easier VoiceOver navigation -- the address bar will simply open when you issue this command and then close again when you issue your next command). The second command acts as though you did an Option-Click (selected "Download linked file") from a link menu. VoiceOver is focused on the link, and enters this sequence for you without your having to bring up a context menu for the link. HTH. By the way, I usually just get these podcasts by subscribing through iTunes. If you want to do that, from iTunes, go to the Advanced menu (VO-M, press "A") then arrow down to "Subscribe to podcast…" and press Return. In the dialog window that appears, type or paste in the RSS feed address: http://www.blindcooltech.com/bct.xml Then press return. In iTunes, you will need to navigate (VO-Right arrow or tab) to the Sources table, interact, and select the "Podcasts" playlist by pressing the first letters of the name ("p o d") or using your arrow keys. Then use VO-J to jump to the songs table for that playlist. Interact and arrow down to find the Blind Cool Tech podcast. Open the folder with VO-backslash (where backslash is the key at the far right on an English language keyboard, above the return key and below the delete key). On a non-English keyboard you may have to use VO-H twice to bring up the Commands menu and look for "Toggle Disclosure Triangle". Once the folder is expanded arrow down to the episode you want and press return to start playing. Use space bar as a play/pause toggle.
