Hi David,

Currently, you have to do the following to fix this issue:

•Open VO Utilities and select the navigation category
•Go to the pop-up menu to set how the VO cursor is linked with the  
mouse cursor, and set this to Ignore
•When you have to mouse click with control-option-shift-space, first  
route the VO cursor and mouse cursor to the same position with control- 
option-command-F5


This procedure will remove your issues with the menus and sub menus  
for now. You should not need to turn QuickNav on or off etc etc.
