Hi John,
I just did this. I clicked the rotor above the s in Safari and it
fired up Safari from my desktop.
1. You need to VO space on the, assign new commands, button.
2. Select the, add, button. and VO space on that.
3. A new row will be added to the table of listed commands. Pick what
command you first want to be used from the menu button, which works in
the same manner as assigning commands to NumPad or Keyboard Commander.
4. Once you have the command you want to define. type, command b on
the keyboard. You will then have five seconds to next select the
combination of keys on your BrailleNote you'd like to use. You should
hear a series of chirps counting down the five seconds.
Note, as a slight correction, the command I assigned was perform
action. You can't assigng an actual, Open, command. It is a
suggestion I made to Apple in regard to being able to assign OS X
keyboard commands to the Braille keys on the BN, such as, open, enter,
etc..
