Hi, I installed the update last night. There were two, one for the OS and one for printer drivers. The total was around 120 MB if I remember right. I just checked out the What's New section of VO help, but didn't see anything specific to this update. It looks to me like the documentation that was written for Snow Leopard.
I just changed the mouse setting so that the mouse follows the VO cursor and was able to navigate some menus, so that problem may be fixed. Spell checking in Mail by typing VO-Semicolon, then VO-Shift-M doesn't work, however. I see no improvements to itunes navigation either. I've only been working with this for an hour though, so I could certainly have missed things.
