Hi Mike,

I was able to create a playlist and add songs to it via copy and paste
just fine. I did the following:

1. create and name a new playlist.

2. Go to Music in the Sources table.

3. If desired, type text in the search box to pare down what is shown.

4. Go to the Songs table and interact with it.

5. Select the desired tracks.

6. Type Command-C to copy them to the clipboard.

7. Stop interacting with the Songs table and go to the Sources table
again.

8. Type the first few letters of your playlist's name to locate it.

9. Type Command-V to paste. The tracks are added.

These are the same steps I used in iTunes 8, so I don't see any
changes here.

Another option is:
1. Create a playlist.

2. Go to Music in the Sources table.

3. Go to the Songs table and interact with it.

4. Select the tracks you want.

5. Press VO-Shift-M.

6. Type A, or press Down Arrow until you reach Add to Playlist and
then press Return.

7. Type the first letter of your playlist's name, or press Down Arrow
until you reach it.

8. Press Return.
This also works fine in iTunes 9.

Best,
Anna
