Hello Jessica, First of all, Tap Tap See and CamFind require you to take pictures, whereas Talking Goggles can be used in real time. You set it to video mode and double-tap on Record. The Change language now button allows you to select the output language. You just hold the iPhone about a foot away from the object or piece of print you want to identify and it starts speaking. You have to make sure that the phone is not in silent mode as Goggles is self-voicing.
Here in France it costs less than a euro, so it's much cheaper than Tap Tap See. CamFind is made by the same people as Talking Goggles.
