These methods use to work as I've said, just not sure when it changed. I usually check things after I've done an upgrade and I forgot to after, so not sure if it died on me after the last safari or last OS update.
I was downloading a combination of things to test it, books, things for school, music, so on. Last OS software and latest safari.
