Hey Ricardo,

Thanks. Fortunately the sound outage hasn't happened in a few days after a few 
restarts. I guess until I can do the clean install I just have to restart the 
computer every time it starts to get sluggish. Fortunately it has been a few 
days with no issues except for my Logitech k760 not working but this may be a 
Logitech issue. It's a shame as I loved using the keyboard but since upgrading 
to Mavericks it will only for ten minutes or so before losing connectivity.
