Thanks, Jim. Unfortunately, I may have the syntax wrong. The file won't open in 
Safari. I specified Safari to always open it, but nothing happens when I open 
it. Inside the file, I have one line, which reads:
URL=http://braille.wunderground.com

Is this correct? There are no spaces.
