I just took a look at my wife's copy of Yummy soup and it appears to be 90% accessible in Leopard. It has a drag and drop functionality, that allows you to drop web addresses from a cooking web site into the application and have the application automatically import the recipe. I did not try this as a blind user. It also does not appear to have a shopping list extension. There was a review of recipe management software in Tidbits about a year ago. Some of them did have shopping list managers either directly or as a plugin to the iPhone.
