Hi James,

If Keyboard Commander is on, the Unread Messages command is Option-U,  
using whichever Option key you selected. I believe you can do this  
from anywhere if mail is open. I always have to press control after  
using this command to get speech to work, and if that doesn't work, VO- 
F1 does the trick.

I wish there was a Skip Text command and a command for going to the  
end of lists, but I don't think there is. However, depending on the  
site, moving to the next heading (VO-Command-H) or the next auto web  
spot (VO-Command-N) often does the trick.
