Alex, That popup menu shows up in the latest Pages only when you create a new style. To show it for an existing style, you need to press the paragraph styles button, navigate to the table of styles, interact with it, navigate to the style you want, make sure VoiceOver is set to announce what's under the mouse pointer immediately, slide the mouse across slowly to the right, and when you hear it announce the menu, click. Not sure how you'll do this on your Mini with no TrackPad. That brings up a menu, and down the bottom is a submenu to assign a shortcut. The shortcuts you assign are only assigned for that document. After all, the styles you'll use will typically differ from document to document. If you will use the same ones often, then you can create a template with these shortcuts assigned. Best, Nic
