Yes I know, I am new to the Mac and have been trying to wrap my mind
around it, having used Windows for many years.
I am done with the iPhone and the Edge, made a revised list that I
think is current as I tested a lot of it.
But the Mac is still new and I want to save myself any unnecessary
learning if I can. This is why I have not tested the commands yet (as I
did with the iPhone because I have had that a year). I tested the
commands from both sources in VO help mode and got more unsure I can
make that revised list yet. I found a list on Macfortheblind which is
also a Word file, same one?
If I was more familiar with the Mac, I could try all the listed
commands and see which ones do work.

Hi Roaert
I'm not talking about the Braille Edge into hebbp mode. I have on my storage
card the MS Word file which has a section on using the Braille Edge with both
IOS and the Mac. It has a place for Windows as well, but you could take that
part out if you didn't need it. Do you have the MS Word file? To avoid
confusion, it could be used by itself.

Yes I have both sources and they do not match up. What I get when I put the
Edge into VO help mode also does not match. So I want to find the current
information and update my list so I do not need to stop and figure out which
ones work or do not work.

Hi there
There are two sources. The Braille Edge manual has a list of commands. The
Apple has a list of commands that work in general with braille displays. There
isn't any difference that I can see between the commands for Mountain Lion and
Mavericks for this. Do you have the Brk Edge manual? The only difference
between the general commands and those shown in the manual ara how function
keys above the keyboard work with the Mac.
