Yes, you might try switching it to desktop mode. I admit that I stopped using menuTab once I realized that it has always simply presented the website pages. I always have Safari open, so it doesn't matter to me whether I have a standalone application for Facebook. Yorufukouru has a different interface for Twitter, but MenuTab simply presents the webpages in a standalone application.
