There are many ways to do this. My personally favorite method is to do the follwoing.
1. Create a new and empty play list naming it what you wish. 2. Now, choose your first track. Open the short cut menu and then add the chosen track to the new list. 3. Repeat this track by track until you have them all. This seems a little much to do at first, but, if you do it this way, you will ensure that the tracks play in exactly the correct order you wish.
