Thanks Anne, What threw me off was that the styles are called "buttons", which doesn't usually indicate an element that one can interact with. (I've been coming across a lot of these non-standard naming of elements lately). This makes getting to that context menu a lot easier than my method. As to these general notes you spoke of, are they part of your Pages training materials? I think I'd be interested in learning more about them and purchasing the training materials if available. I'm trying to make the transition from MS-Word to Pages and I think your materials would make that possible. I've already transitioned from Excel to Numbers and am favorably impressed with Numbers vs Excel. I'd like to get to that same place with Pages. I don't want to be locked into using only one product for what I need to do on computers. Thanks again.
