I use the free version on the Mac and sometimes sign in with ioS. On the Mac in Safari, you have to use it in full-screen mode, as it refreshes a lot, and doesn't seem to do this in full-screen mode for some reason. Any time you log into a new site, it will pop up a prompt frame asking you how to handle the new password. It's pretty accessible, but has idiosyncrasies.
