You can install the Refit Boot Manager, and then press w or m upon startup. Or, 
hold down the option key while booting, arrow to your option (you have no 
speech, you you have to memorize the order) and press enter. Or, before 
shutting down, open System Preferences > Startup Disk (Bootcamp Control Panel 
on Windows) and choose the system into which you want to boot next time. 
personally, I like Refit the most, but that's just me.
