I noticed for the first time tonight that when I send messages from my [email protected] account, mail keeps trying to send them from my other address, [email protected]. I checked both accounts in system and mail preferences to make sure they have the right account hooked to the smtp server settings. they both use gmail since my holmesgrown.com email is gmail hosted. But still, I have never had this problem before. What's strange here is mail.app builds the message with the right From address but when it is actually sent, it then slaps on the [email protected] no matter what. I also checked the from popup button in the message composition dialog to be sure the right one is selected time but to no avail.
