I'm assuming you're not on a full-sized keyboard, like a MacBook or an
Apple Wireless. On those there is no pageup/pagedown (or home and end
either) so those are all done by pressing the Function key at the bottom
left corner and then add the arrows. Up/Down turns to PageUp/PageDown
while left and right become home and end.
