Hello Cheryl, Here's something I put together for FineReader Pro. I hope it helps.
Cheers, Anne To scan multiple pages : * Select your scanner; * If you don't see the output format you want, click Show All; * Click the Scan Images to New Document button; * Once the preview has finished, click Scan; * If the multi-page check box is checked, the pages will be scanned automatically one after another after the specified delay, otherwise after each page you have to click on Scan again; * Once all the pages have been scanned, click Finish Import and wait for processing to be completed; * Once that is done, do Command-s to export the document; * The resulting dialogue box allows you to choose the format for your document; * Go to the last visible item and click Next; * If you get the following message "Warning Some of the pages have not been recognized: 2, 4. Click Read to recognize the pages or click Cancel to abort the operation.", go to the last visible item and click Read; * The usual file navigator will appear, then you need to click Export to finish. The document will open in the appropriate application. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "MacVisionaries" group.
