Hi,

Depending on your iCloud setup, either of the following:

* Go into the Mail app, into Mail Preferences, select Accounts in the Toolbar, 
select the account you wish to delete from the table, then navigate down to the 
Remove Account button.

or...

* In System Preferences, in the Internet Accounts pane, Interact with the Table 
of Accounts, navigate to the account you wish to delete, Stop Interacting with 
the Table and navigate right to the "Delete the Selected Account" button and 
press it.

that should do it.
