I think the simple copy and paste is your best bet if I understand your needs correctly. And as Jonathon said, you can hide columns three through seven and then just use the arrow keys without VoiceOver keys to navigate when selecting and you should only select and copy columns one, two and eight. If you have heaps of rows so that manually selecting is a, um, difficulty, and you had to do it often, then you might consider AppleScript. Alternatively, with the appropriate columns hidden you could save as PDF and then attach the PDF file. Best, Nic
