Hi, Whenever you get weird things like this, it's always worth quitting and restarting VoiceOver. Also, have you checked if you have any system dialogs? Do vo-f1 twice quickly, (written as VO-f1-f1) and if you have any system dialogs or notifications, right arrow into them, select them and act on them or close them. You will often find a scroll area to interact with to get details in these.
