Hello again,
I found some info from Apple support about Mail issues. There is a tool that
gives you the email settings based on your email address.
When I created the email accounts on my Macbook running Mountain Lion I let
Mail do it automatically.
imap.charter.net was the incoming server selected.
I ran the tool on my Windows laptop ccmputer and it gave me this for the
incoming server.
mobile.charter.net
Which is the correct server to use? I am going to go back in there and see
what is up and try to get things working.
