Hi I was trying to help some one save a email as an rtf and save it to there documents. One problem that we are running in to is when after we get in to the save as dialog and choose documents and choose save it tells use that it can't be saved to this path. Why is this happening? Now here is the second problem every time she pressing her control key some times voiceover won't stop talking. We tried having her turn off hints but even that didn't help.
