Ironically, the process is totally accessible! You can create the character from start to finish with only one audio captcha that is clear and easy to understand. Past that point, though, it's hard to play, I can't fly a plane, because of the flash, I also can't participate in chat beyond General. What I am wondering is if there is a way to make VO click on the right word, Roleplay, Help or whatever, so that I can switch to that chat window. For that matter, I am wondering if it's remotely possible to fly at all, or if I am just dreaming and I have to resign myself to plain old general chat.
